Otterhounden is the friendly, the loud, even-tempered and smells like dog affection. He loves his family, but not constantly demanding their attention. He would love to see you come through the door, but then he returned to his corner to finish pile. He has a great nose and depends on the trail of an interesting smell, so he must remain on a leash or in a fenced in area at a time. He had a mind of his own, but he is trainable. This requires only qualified educators and patients. Otterhounden has work to do and so he knows what it means, he is willing to work all day. He is good with other dogs and animals with them. He is also good with kids, but this is a big dog and awkward, so that he can easily flatten the wobbly baby by mistake. She makes a good watchdog, and beautiful, profound, baying bark that can disturb your neighbors. Otterhounden has a unique sense of humor and the heart of a child.

English Foxhounds were bred to hunt in large packs along the hunters on horseback. For this reason, they are friendly with dogs, people and horses. They can be very independent minded and stubborn, especially when they want to go exploring. She has a very sharp sense of smell and will hang around when you put him and he picked up the scent, so he must be securely fenced in or on a leash at All times. They are very active and need a lot of pool time each day to run around and burn off their energy. They have tremendous stamina. They can run, and run, and run, (and run!) all day with only a slight lean in between. They really enjoyed walking and built for it! If the English Foxhound bored and not allowed to burn energy, he would have probably been destructive.

The Dachshund fearless, daring, rash, playful, smart and determined. She is quite independent and stubborn as he grew up hunting alone. He can be quite bossy and will take over the House if you let it. He is a dog, "one person" and bond more closely with one individual in the family. He likes to be in on everything you do and she will follow you everywhere (never again will You go to the bathroom alone). She's fun and will chase the ball (but he probably won't take her back). It can take a while to warm up to strangers and can be argumentative with other dogs. It is in close relationship to explore and Rut so you'll find he crossed under the blankets and pillows. He affection and love lots of hugs and belly rubs or. He has a keen sense of smell and will hang around when he picked up an interesting scent so he must not be trusted from a rope or unfenced. She can be a bit of barker (and his skin is hard for small dogs!). She has a high prey drive and fierce little creature, it will pursue a glimpse (including children). She is good with kids who are gentle and polite, but she may nip the bad boy teasing him. He loves the company of other little Dachshunds.
